youth

Emotional Intelligence is a wide range of skills that youth of all ages can develop and improve. These skills are critical for emotional well-being and life success including Intrapersonal Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Adaptability, Stress Management and General Mood. These skills are divided into sub-skills that address such things as Problem Solving, Happiness, Flexibility and other critical emotional and social competencies. Emotional intelligence consists of four basic capabilities, or domains.

The project is based on the true needs of young people who has lack of emotional intelligence in the business World. There is a genuine and documented need for specific education to develop emotional intelligence between youngs.

The educational material will be built on CarEIn training modules where the first module will have a particularly impact on young people who have lack of information about emotional intelligence. It will focus on the soft skills needed when working into the work place.
