Report on transnational research results on youth employment through the development of long-term employability skills

Within the framework of the European project “WORTH: Youth Employment at Work Life Through Long Term Employability Skills” a research was conducted concerning the investigation of long-term employability skills of young people and identify training strategies and create a training methodology for new trainers, which was held in Greece (GR), Italy (IT), Spain (ES), Turkey (TR) and Bulgaria (BG).

The purpose of the project, and in particular the research, is to investigate the characteristics and qualities that young workers have before the employment process. The overall aim of the project is to acquire young people with long-term employability skills, and, also, help organizations and institutions to meet the needs of a sustainable and skilled workforce.

Thus, a report of the results of this transnational survey was produced, the results of which are listed below:
