So the person responsible for the implementation knows what they have to do. But things do not stop there.

The methodology that will be followed can be very different from time to time. There is, of course, a basic methodology used to implement and manage an Erasmus+ project. Another thing you need to watch out for is the first steps. Usually, at the beginning of the projects, the first steps to be taken are very specific but there are always variations. And the project manager you will be the one responsible to choose whether those variations must apply or not.

Using tools, special methodologies, personal skills and taking action. All of these are part of a good implementation process. Asking for help is also a big part of it. It does not matter if you have been doing this for a long time or if you are new to the ‘’game’’. There is always room for improvement, always room for extra knowledge.
