Lack of expertise in specific fields, saturation in various occupations, rapid growth rates, and increased demands are also very important factors in increasing unemployment, especially among young people.

The European program,Emotion to Motion-Emotional Intelligence Skills Development to Foster Youth Employability, is also trying to examine a factor that we often consider insignificant, but is, ultimately very important.

Emotional intelligence is the ability of individuals to recognize their own feeling as well as the feelings of others. Our emotional state directly affects not only our daily routine but also our interpersonal relationships and work performance as well as many others things.
