Institute of Entrepreneurship Development participates in the 2nd European Apprenticeship Conference, organized by the European Centre for the Development of Vocational Training (CEDEFOP) and which will take place in Thessaloniki, 9-10 November 2015.
The main objective of the Conference is to attract enterprises and mainly SMEs in order to engage them more into apprenticeship. To that direction, during the Conference a variety of aspects and topics regarding apprenticeship, such as recruitment and attraction strategies, will be presented.
Within this framework, Institute of Entrepreneurship Development will present best practices and strategies for the optimized recruitment and selection of apprentices. The presentation is part of the outputs of the European ERASMUS+ project “StartApp – Starting with Apprenticeship: Sustainable strategies for recruiting young people interested in in-company training”, which is being implemented by Institute of Entrepreneurship Development.
