The 4th transnational meeting of the VET Squared partners took place in Budapest, Hungary, between November 9-10, 2022, hosted by Youth Bridges Budapest. During the meeting, together with our project partners, we did the following:
1. Reviewed & Quality Control of Deliverables
Up until now, the VET Squared consortium has delivered the VET Mobility Safeguarding Charter and the VET Mobility Safeguarding Benchmarking Tool. We reviewed the material and sought ways to improve it.
2. Reviewed the Online E-learning Platform to be Delivered
The VET Mobility Platform is the next deliverable of the consortium that we are currently working on. Based on this, we reviewed the platform under construction and discussed in more detail how to optimize it and make it a more user-friendly digital environment.
3. Planned Upcoming Tasks and Shared Responsibilities
During the project implementation, there is no time for idleness. That’s why to be more prepared for our upcoming deadlines, we planned the upcoming tasks and shared responsibilities between us partners so that everyone is on the same who is doing what.
4. Explored New Ways for Project Dissemination
Dissemination is critical for European projects. That’s why we discussed with our partners what is the optimal way to disseminate the project. To make it even better, we held brainstorming sessions during the transnational meeting to create an updated dissemination plan tailored to the needs and abilities of each project partner.
Going Forward
Looking forward, the project will continue to evolve its methodologies by actively trying to improve them. Every partner is an active contributor and brings its own experience and tone to the deliverables.
Further, partners are about to launch the pilot of the E-learning Platform in their countries together with the VET Mobility Safeguarding Charter and the VET Mobility Safeguarding Benchmarking Tool. At the same time, the VET Mobility Safeguarding Policy Recommendation Report, which is the last deliverable of the project, is about to begin soon.
