Reaching the end of the project it is scheduled the implementation of a final partnership meeting and of a transnational seminar, for the project CHIMERA.
The transnational seminar is a dissemination and exploitation seminar about the development of creative skills among entrepreneurs and managers to improve new innovation-driven role models and management approaches.
To this seminar are invited the representatives of the local, regional and national institutions, and of the officials of the European Commission; representatives of enterprises, associations of enterprises, professional organisation, social partner organisations, VET providers, organisations which work for the promotion of creativity skills in the workplace. It is expected the participation of at least 100 people.
The seminar is also aimed at analysing the exploitation features of the outcomes and the set-up of activities and interventions meant to give a structural nature to the project’s activities and to contextualise the products, the outputs and the outcomes of the project in the institutional activities and in the agendas of the institutions and of the stakeholders.
The transnational seminar will be realized in Spain and it will take place together with the fourth partnership meeting.
Two panels are scheduled about the following topics:
- First Panel: “Creativity: a key factor for enterprise’s training”
- Second Panel: “Creative management…winning enterprise”
