Interreg IVC project, ENSPIRE EU, held its final conference in Cyprus. The event, held in Larnaca on 29th November, explored whether improving opportunities for disadvantaged entrepreneurs in Europe represents a shift towards a more entrepreneurial mindset, and what impact policy makers can have on this agenda.

Participants heared experienced practitioners in the field of entrepreneurship and had the chance to debate whether improving opportunities for disadvantaged entrepreneurs and policies that support them, will mean a strengthening of local, national and EU economies.
