The registration process has now opened for the pilot process for the certification of youth workers in the context of the European project “Certification of the qualifications of youth workers in NGOs – road to greater recognition of youth work”. The pilot process is open to all youth workers (Junior and Senior level) with informally acquired qualifications, who are interested in validating and certifying these qualifications.The certification process includes a 4-step process including the following:(1) Submission of CV (in Europass format)
(2) Completion of online test
(3) Submission of case study analysis
(4) Submission of Philosophy Statement
Those participants who are successful will receive a certificate at the end of the certification process as a European Certified Youth Worker and depending on the score reached will qualify as Junior or Senior Youth Worker.
