On December 31st, the BIMclay project – “Improve technification and LCA qualification of workers in the ceramic sector with the support of BIM applications)” -, financed by European Commission in the Erasmus+ initiative of 2017 and where the Associacao Portuguesa da Industria de Ceramica (APICER) as promotor project, ended. The project also counts on the experience of CTMarmol, as technical coordinator, HISPALYT, CTCV , and iED.

In the Project, 12 BIMclay Multimedia Cards have been developed based on 3D animations about the most used methods of placing clay and ceramic products:
The Online Platform developed in the project is a workspace that is totally open and in constant development, even after the completion of the project, for professionals in the ceramic sector, so we are confident that it will arouse the necessary interest in order to obtain the maximum benefit from the BIMclay project’s teaching materials, both current and future.
