Transnational meetings

Basic information to pay attention

  • Usually, they take place every 6 months within the duration of the project

  • Budget allocation based on travel distance

  • Reporting documents (*see page 11 & Tool 2*)

Intellectual outputs

“Implementation” is the bridge between the concept and the ultimate project goals. This section must show that the work is planned in a coherent manner.

  1. Tangible deliverables of the project (such as curricula, pedagogical and youth work materials, open educational resources (OER).

    Pay attention to DISSEMINATING the outputs and R E P O R T I N G (filling in the timesheets)

Multiplier events

National and transnational conferences, seminars, events sharing and disseminating the intellectual outputs realized by the project.

Training activities

Short term (3 days) / Long term (>5 days)

  • Joint staff training activities: staff members of each partner are trained

  • Reporting procedure is the same with the one for the transnational meetings
