The field of Higher education requires a lot of attention and the European Union is ready to give that attention when and where it is necessary. Key Action 2 (KA2) Capacity-building projects for Higher education are able to support modernization accessibility in the internationalization on Higher Education in on the Partner Countries.

The aim of the projects is to encourage cooperation between the EU and all the Partner Countries in an effort to address challenges in the management and the governance of Higher Education Institutions.  The activities to achieve that include improving the quality of the higher education systems, developing new and innovative education programmes, modernizing higher education systems through reform policies and fostering cooperations across different regions of the world through Joint Initiatives.
