Health Hub, the European Digital Innovation Hub (EDIH) for the digital transformation of the Health and Pharma Sector, participated in the two-day Thinc Innovation Forum conference held on 4 and 5 April 2023 in Xanthi.
The conference was organized by Thinc Thrace Incubator and focused on the overall development and empowerment of the innovation ecosystem and the future of innovation in the Region of Eastern Macedonia and Thrace. Thinc Innovation Forum facilitated the exchange of views and cooperation among innovation-related stakeholders within the framework of 13 thematic modules, with more than 70 renowned speakers participating.
Tasos Vassiliadis, the Founder of JOIST Innovation Park, President of Institute for Entrepreneurship Development (iED), and coordinator of Health Hub, participated in the round table discussions on “European Digital Innovation Hubs in Greece” and “Good practices of innovation ecosystems“. Health Hub has received the Seal of Excellence from the European Commission and is committed to contributing to the digital transformation of health, pharmaceuticals, and the entire health and healthcare ecosystem through the use of artificial intelligence and other emerging technologies.
Health Hub offers services to individuals and businesses divided into four categories: pre-investment testing, training and digital skills development programs, support services in finding investors and investment capital, and multiple networking opportunities with access to the innovation ecosystem. The ecosystem that Health Hub is developing consists of more than 2,000 organizations, 1 million users of its products and services, and over 100 organizations receiving support in their digital transformation process.
