Within the framework of the European Project “ROMINKO Competence Balance – an innovative instrument for recording, assessing and acknowledging informally and non-formally acquired competences of Roma for the promotion of their professional orientation, career planning and employability”, Institute of Entrepreneurship Development, in co-operation with the project’s partners, designs the development of specialized tools for the assessment of the competences of ROMA people, which will be available to career counseling professionals.
The selective assessment tools will be used in the pilot testing phase of the project, where career counseling professionals will be trained on using career guidance tools and assessment tools. The training program will take place in the city of Kiskunhalas, Hungary, from 09 to 22 October 2016.
After the pilot test phase, the next goal is the evaluation and finalization of these selective tools.
That was the main framework of the 3rd Transnational Meeting of the project ROMINKO that was held in Chalon Sur Saone, France, from 26 to 29 September 2016.
During the meeting, the project’s partners participated in a study visit, as well as in a conference that was held by the training center Competence Balance that already operates in France.
