“Recruitment of trainees – Good examples from European companies”
The brochure addresses to companies and SMEs that show a general interest in recruiting apprentices and presents the experience of a number of companies that have achieved this in an exemplary manner. Eleven positive case studies from four European countries (Germany, Austria, Greece and Poland) describe innovative ways of recruiting trainees.
These practical experiences can help companies to make their own trainee recruitment programs ready to meet the challenges of the modern labor market.
