After having examined all applications received, we have finalized the list of participants according to the applications received and the suitability of each person for participation in the workshops.
We would like to congratulate you on your success and would kindly ask for your indication of interest to attend the workshops by April 15, 2011. Please find a brief description of the arrangements of the programme so as to be better informed on travel and accommodation information. Please read the document carefully so as to have a clear understanding of the programme details.
Once again we would like to ask you to send us your final response on your participation in the workshops by April 15, 2011. If you will not respond by this date we will have to choose other participants.
There is and a substitute list in case that someone from the main list is unable to attend.
