You need people that your customers will be able to relate to. If your pop-up shop is selling products to young people then make sure that you will hire young people to sell your products. If your products are very specific and require some sort of technical expertise, make sure that the people you are going to hire will have the know-how that is necessary.

In terms of managing them, scheduling is the most important thing in all this process. Make sure that you are going to maintain a good schedule that will be comfortable for all your employees. The most important part of Human Resource management is keeping your employee happy no matter what.

Just because you are the owner of your pop-up shop, that does not mean that you own your employees. They are your co-workers and the most important part of Human resource management is to treat them like co-workers.
