The InnoTrain Practical Guide
The third deliverable is the result of a thorough investigation to identify fundamental issues in WBL. The monitoring and evaluation process has focused on the materialization of the following stages:
- Documenting the effect of WBL on learners; companies; and, local development policies, regarding education, employment, and social cohesion.
- Elaboration processes occurred, regarding the learning outcomes and WBL efficiency.
- Examination of the quality assurance of the WBL process.
The practical guide is product of a methodology, which was based on practical and concrete scenarios and indicators for professionals. Its content occurred from testing procedures, on mixed workshops and joint staff trainings. The aim of this process was to evaluate WBL, according to the links between VET and business. In addition, trained professionals provided feedback, regarding the guide’s principles, which can lead to the promotion of VET business cooperation strategies, in European regions, through investing on quality and monitoring of real impacts.
