The workshop was implemented in the context of the European programme “ASKILLS – Assessment of social skills for better possibilities for employment” of the Leonardo da Vinci, Transfer of Innovation programme.
The project aims to develop an evaluation system addressed to adult trainers in in order through its application to evaluate the qualifications of non-formal and informal learning of unemployed individuals, which have been acquired through the work environment.
Throughout the duration of the workshop, the participants had the opportunity to use innovative tools, which can be applied to programmes of professional education and training, with the aim of evaluating social skills (which are now considered necessary for the labour market) of unemployed and/or employed individuals.
