The first transnational meeting was materialized in Berlin on January 10-11 2011, in the context of the European Lifelong learning Programme, with title “Vocational integration-adaptation of innovative approaches of European supporting initiatives for the disadvantaged as well as the identification of their developmental potential with regards to the national structures of the project and partner countries”. The organization GIB (Association for Innovation Research and Consultancy, Germany), as coordinator of the project, welcomed representatives of the partners from Greece (Institute of Entrepreneurship Development and the University of the Aegean), Denmark (Danish School of Education) and Sweden (Folkuniversitetet).
The objective of the project is the improvement of professional training and the development of opportunities of professional inclusion of disadvantaged groups of society throughout the European Union. The project aims also to choose methods and processes and transfer them from Denmark, Sweden and Germany to Greece and other countries of the European Union. The results will be disseminated through press releases, regional and national workshops and conferences throughout the duration of the project.
The objective of the meeting was the informing of the partners on all issues and matters relating to the programme and the determination of a common path that will be followed by the consortium for the best possible materialization of the project.
