The second transnational meeting of the European project “Europeans on the intercultural labour market” under the GRUNDTVIG Learning Partnerships of the European “Lifelong Learning Programme” was held in Kristianstad, Sweden on 14th till 18th of July 2014.
The following topics were discussed at the meeting:
• Presentation of the results from the Synthesis report (Primary Research on Employees and Employers)
• The Labour market in EU countries
• Practices and work habits
• Samples of CVs and motivation letters
• educational material for the materialization of seminars – Structure and Content
The project aims to involve adults from different areas, employers and employees, staff from adults education organizations, in activities that can give them the possibility to know the labour culture and habits in Europe, through intercultural personal experience and integration in an international and multicultural environment.
Dr. Anastasios Vasiliadis, the president of the Institute of Entrepreneurship Development was present at the meeting, together with the project partners from Italy, Sweden, Poland and Romania.
