The Institute of Entrepreneurship Development undertook a study which aimed at mapping the challenges and issues presented by Career Management Skills implementation in Europe and also more specifically in Greece. The study took place within the framework of implementation of European project “Leader – Learning and Decision Making Resources”.

The study, which was addressed at career guidance professionals and adult trainers constituted the first activity of project LEADER, which aims at providing the above target groups with useful tools, so that they can effectively implement Career Management Skills through the use of new technologies. Additionally, it aims at improving the learning and consultancy process, developing key skills in the professional guidance practitioners through the development of innovative tools and methodologies.
