Institute of Entrepreneurship Development successfully conducted the training session on “Entrepreneurship for Youth” at IEK Open Mellon within the framework of the European project “Re-engage! Alternative paths to motivate and engage youth back to work”. The subject of the training session focused on issues of entrepreneurship and how this could be a driving force for exploring alternative ways of engaging youth and not only, into the labor market. Participants also had the opportunity to learn step by step how a business plan is being planned and presented, as well as they learnt how to use the Business Model Canvas which is a useful tool and is a strategic management and lean startup template for developing new or documenting existing business models, helping entrepreneurs in aligning their business activities.
