Survey for recording the needs of SMEs in recruiting apprenticeships – Participate now!

smes

Institute of Entrepreneurship Developement, within the framework of the ERASMUS+ project “SERFA – Services for Apprenticeships”, conducts a large-scale survey in order to record the needs of SMEs in the field of hiring and recruiting apprenticeships.

SERFA project aims to better understand barriers faced by SMEs when engaging with apprenticeship schemes and offer vacancies; identify the SMEs needs to overcome those barriers and support businesses in identifying their potential to offer apprenticeships vacancies and the associated benefits.

SMEs, including micro-businesses, are the backbone of the European economy and provide around two-thirds of private sector employment in the EU. Yet they often struggle to provide apprenticeship opportunities. In a European perspective, apprenticeship is one of the most successful means of facilitating the transition from school to work and of avoiding youth unemployment. Therefore Erasmus+ funds projects aiming at enhancing apprenticeships.

In this context, we address your company to share with us your experiences, opinions, difficulties, needs and desires related to apprenticeship.

We would like you to complete the following questionnaire and help us develop support for companies in the preparation and recruitment of apprentices.

The questionnaire in Greek is available here.

The answers to the questionnaire will not take more than 10 minutes. Of course, your data will be treated confidentially and will be included anonymously in the analyses. We would like to thank you for your cooperation.
