The main peculiarity of this model is that the money is given in exchange for the support or non-financial refund. It can be a recorder album, tickets to the concert, autograph or anything else what the author of the project can give. It is forbidden to give a financial remuneration for the sponsorship. The mot successful kickstarter platform is www.kickstarter.com. It has raised more than 2 milliard dollars so far.

The lendee wins as he or she gets the money at lower interest rates. An advantage of this type of crowdvesting is that there is a concrete plan for money return to the investors. The source of financing is only a private person. Another kind of crowdlanding is social financing. It provides a nominal value of the interest rate or even excludes it. The main purpose of such a model of financing is to help the people in need in the developing countries. The biggest representative of this model is KIVA platform. The biggest British crowdlanding platform, Funding Circle, has helped to attract more than 250 mio dollars from private people. Nevertheless, the leader of the market is the American platform called Lending Club.
  6. Stakeholders crowdfundung is the most progressive form of crowdfunding in which the investor gets a part of the property, company shares, dividends, the right of voting at the shareholder meetings. This method of raising money is fast-growing in Europe. A good example of a successful stakeholders crowdfunding platform is a British project Seedrs. In Italy, this method of startup financing is legalized which gives it more chances for success.
