Gamification is a new term that is being used over the past few years to describe the process during which, gaming methods are being used to provide people with the ability to enhance their current skills and competencies.

Gamification is usually used in several areas of activities such as online marketing to help encourage engagement with a particular product or services. However, although this is the original use of gamification platforms, it is lately being used in the field of business and in particular entrepreneurship to help establish new methods of learning and improving.

Multiple companies around the world, especially startups are using gamification platforms to either help their current employees enhance their skills and competencies or to train new potential employees.

According to studies, gamification platforms have a very high success rate. As a result, more and more companies are using them as a new way to train and educate. As it is rather clear, gamification can have much different application, both at schools as well as the labor market.

At schools, gamification helps children understand their classes, remember all the new information they receive, through gaming and of course improve their speaking at righting skills. It is no accident that gamification platforms are often used in the process of learning a foreign language.

When it comes to business, gamification platforms change a lot but the basis remains the same. The ultimate goal is still to make sure that the people using the platform will be able to enhance specific abilities and will be able to learn new information, faster and better. Gamification can most certainly be considered a great way to deliver knowledge and to make sure that people will learn the best techniques that will help them improve their work to the maximum of their abilities.
