Following a 1-year hiatus, 85th Thessaloniki International Fair (TIF) will be back at the Thessaloniki International Exhibition Centre between the 11th to 19th of September 2021. It will continue the tradition of hosting the biggest exhibition event in Greece while observing all hygiene protocols.
TIF is the first major exhibition in Europe for 2021, and it is a significant one for two reasons. Firstly, It will serve as a litmus test for all other exhibitions in Europe, setting the organizational bar for this year. Secondly, this year’s event is dedicated to Greece as it is the 200th anniversary of the Greek Revolution.
For that reason, having as the main thematic axis, “GREECE: Past – Present – Future”, TIF aims at contributing to the redefinition of the Greek society’s needs and bringing citizens closer to new digital services, technologies, and innovations.
Health Hub, the European Digital Innovation Hub in Health and Pharma, could not be missing from such an important event.
Where to find Health Hub at the 85th Thessaloniki International Fair
With thousands of exhibitors and welcoming over 280,000 people every year, TIF is a global pole of attraction. It contributes significantly to Greece’s growth and promotes entrepreneurship as the backbone of the Greek economy.
As the 85th Thessaloniki International Fair is dedicated to Greece, all 13 Regions of Greece will be present, highlighting their historical continuity and growth prospects.
The exhibition sections at TIF will be as follows:
- Greece (Past – Present – Future)
- Energy-Circular Economy
- Digital Greece
- Greece & Entrepreneurship
The unprecedented health crisis that is still going on has taught us many things. But unfortunately, it has created many more challenges too. The wider implementation of technology in the Health and Pharma sector, similarly to the proposition of HealthHub, can provide the answers to many of those problems.
