The training program mentioned to instructors and teachers and other people will promote and develop the issue of gender equality and entrepreneurship.

Institute of Entrepreneurship Development supports and contributes to the promotion of women entrepreneurship and gender equality, by developing a training program specifically designed for teachers and trainers to promote gender equality in schools.

Disparities between women and men exist in all areas of society and affect our everyday lives. So we created a program that will help eliminate gender inequality. As a general tool, this training program provides a conceptual and methodological framework for educational organizations that include issues of gender equality and entrepreneurship. The modules developed to support the development of teacher’s competencies needed to address gender equality and entrepreneurship and their promotion in schools and classrooms as well as at Community level.

It’s about an educational program that will promote participation and experience. Although a general training program has been designed, it aims to meet the continuously increasing needs of the participants. Participant’s opinions and comments will be used for the further organization of the program.
