Skilled digital technology experts are rather difficult to find. Companies struggle to find someone that will cover their needs and preferences. At the same time, a very large amount of young people are unemployed and with no special training on something that can cover a need.

These two facts may appear different in some ways but they are definitely not. By combining the needs we can see that they are connected on so many levels.
