Within the framework of the ERASMUS+ project “StartApp – Starting with Apprenticeship: Sustainable strategies for recruiting young people interested in in-company training”, Institute of Entrepreneurship Development in cooperation with the partners of the project designs the implementation of an orientation kit for the successful recruitment of trainees.
This practical guide includes a variety of tools that companies can apply in order to implement a successful trainee recruitment strategy. These tools cover all aspects of recruitment program, such as:
- Planning
- Acquisition
- Selection
- Closing the contract
- Integration
The implementation of the practical guide was the object of work of the project’s partners during the 4th transnational meeting that took place in Warsaw, Poland on 28 & 29 September 2015. During the meeting, Institute of Entrepreneurship Development in cooperation with the partners set the planning framework, the methodology and the driver’s completion schedule.
