Digital Skills for Entrepreneurs and Workers

Institute of Entrepreneurship Development attended the 3rd Transnational Meeting hold in Dublin on 18-19 October for the Erasmus + project entitled Pathways for Employ in which altogether the partners from Spain, Ireland, Belgium and Latvia had the opportunity to discuss on the design and development of evaluation modules and tools under the DIGCOMP framework in order to help the two profiles that it defines, “entrepreneurs” and “virtual office workers”, so as to find out what are the necessary digital tools and knowledge that are required to have for their job.

As a result, 5 evaluation modules will be developed containing at least 100 questions per module in all partner languages for the 5 areas as defined by the DigComp framework:

  • Information
  • Communication
  • Content Creation
  • Security
  • Problem Solving

These evaluation modules will be integrated into the platform that will be developed and finalized within the project and users will be able to use it free of charge, filling in the questions by each area and get their evaluation results automatically.
