EU makes surveys and job shadowing for youth worker with different cultural background in Europe

NEELI “Non-formal education and e-learning for inclusion” is a project funded by European Union and more specific by the Erasmus+ programme.The project is aiming on researches, seminars, study visits, youth exchange in a partnership with EU and non EU-countries in order to develop youth work (focused on young people with migrant background/coming from minority groups) through the capacity building of organizations and training of multipliers/mentors/youth workers.

The first transnational project meeting took place in Latvia in the city of Riga from 11th until 13th of October, also on 14th and 15th of October took place the first planned conference of the project.

During this first transnational project meeting the partners had the chance to meet each other with the rest of the consortium and to set up the bases for the implementation of the project. The main topics that the consortium discussed were the job shadowing for the youth workers and the collection of the good practices about the youth workers from each country as these are the forthcoming activities that are planned to be implemented during the first months of the Neeli project.
