IED develops specialized tools for the assessment of the competences of ROMA people

In the city of Kiskunhalas, Hungary, on 18 – 23 of September 2015, the partners’ kick-off meeting within the framework of the project “ROMINKO Competence Balance – an innovative instrument for recording, assessing and acknowledging informally and non-formally acquired competences of Roma for the promotion of their professional orientation, career planning and employability” took place.

During the meeting, the partners had the opportunity to discuss the procedure regarding the successful implementation of the project, to form the collaboration framework and to determine the next steps towards developing the specialized tools for the assessment of the competences of ROMA people and for their inclusion to employment.

As for Greece, Institute of Entrepreneurship Development in cooperation with the second Greek partner “OIKOKOINONIA” will select the right tools that are adjusted to the national dimension of the topic.
