The 3 VET-WBL Intellectual Outputs
VET-WBL is an Erasmus+ project designed to promote work-based learning, focusing on apprenticeship training in companies and VET providers. The individuals involved in the project’s activities, acquired and developed relevant and high-quality skills and competences, that helped them boost their professional development.
With this intention, the development of the following VET-WBL intellectual outputs occurred:
The partnership delivered an online platform (IO1), to help companies find students with the most experience, as well as help students present themselves to future employers. This platform aims to become a facilitating tool for the students’ transition to the labor market. Specifically, it contains a list of students, so that employers can check their experience, skills, and competences.
The development of Work-Based Learning (WBL) guide (IO2) was for accessing employment or employability training for schools and companies. The aim is to provide an overview of theoretical perspectives on work-based learning education and it combines expert views and the learner diary output.
The delivery of learner diary (IO3) aims to support learners for in-depth knowledge purposes. The idea of the IO3 is to assess what they learned during this period, in order to summarize, analyze, and comment on activities.
Institute of Entrepreneurship Development (iED) is content with the overall collaboration and satisfied with the outputs’ quality.
