Materialisation of Workshop in Copenhagen, Denmark
The transnational workshop for the programme “Vocational integration – adaptation of innovative approaches of European supporting initiatives for the disadvantaged as well as the identification of their developmental potential with regards to the national structures of the project and partner countries” was materialized in Copenhagen on March 24-25 2011. The workshop was organized by the Danish School of Education, while representatives of all partner organizations were also present at the workshop, contributing constructively to the discussions and activities.
The workshops focused on the national and regional needs of the partner countries in terms of competence assessment, while each partner presented findings from its own country (Germany, Sweden, Greece, Denmark) with regards to the systems of training and competence assessment that are in effect.
Furthermore, the lead partner, GIB, once more emphasized the importance of the financial management of the project and the importance of the administration and management of the project. The expenses and budget of the project were carefully examined and discussed, ensuring that all partners have a clear understanding of the budget allocation and justification of costs in the context of the programme.
Finally, the workshops were completed with the distribution of tasks and responsibilities of each partners for all actions of the project, while the target group that will be geared towards individuals between the ages of 15-25 was determined.
The next workshop of the project will be materialized in Sweden in April of 2011.
