REBUILD Final Project Meeting in France

REBUILD Final Project Meeting in France

The project partners of the REBUILD Erasmus+ project met for a final time in Aix-en-Provence in France on September 15, 2022, hosted by the project coordinator CBE. During the meeting, the project’s partners made a final evaluation of the project’s results and the set objectives.

More specifically, the discussions of the meeting revolved around the following:

Rebuild Project Results

The first three results of the project are successfully completed. In particular, the “Career Management Tool of Resources”, the ”In-Service Training Programme on Career Guidance”, and the “E-learning Portal”.

Right now, partners are in the development phase of the last project deliverable, which is the policy paper.

The Career Management Workshops

Each project partner was responsible for holding a career management workshop in their respective countries. These workshops were held successfully with the participation of 243 persons from the target group.

The Impact And Sustainability Plan

The Institute of Entrepreneurship Development (iED) presented the impact report of REBUILD and the sustainability plan so that that project would remain alive after its end date. Specifically, the partners had fully achieved the majority of their set targets. 97 VET professionals and/or adult educators completed the In-service Training on Career Guidance, and 13 completed the short-term joint staff training event held in Portugal. 24 were involved in the formulation of the local working groups.

The Number of Beneficiaries And The Deliverables

During the development phase of the deliverable, more than 100 direct beneficiaries were involved (marginalized adults and adult educators), forming local working groups and helping the consortium to create tailor-made materials for their actual needs.

Administrative And Financial Issues

As it happens with all EU projects, discussions on administrative and other financial issues were held during the meeting to close on final details.
