A personalized approach to the promotion of equal opportunities/gender equality which is related to entrepreneurship skills.

Institute of Entrepreneurship Development supports and contributes to the promotion of women entrepreneurship and gender equality. Concluding this project, we will make a small recapitulation.

The “GEEA – Gender Equality and Entrepreneurship for All” project will raise awareness of equal opportunities and promote entrepreneurship education as a solution to the gender gap in the employment rate. New girls will benefit from the growing emphasis on entrepreneurship as one of the basic skills that schools should teach all pupils, boys or girls.

The project partners developed a specialized program and guidance resources for teachers and trainers as well as a tool for students to promote equal opportunities and gender equality in business skills through a personalized approach.
