eLead project has reached an end in January of 2022. Regardless of the difficult conditions of the previous 2 years, the partnership managed to complete successfully all project’s activities, which included:

IO1: eLead competence map

A competence map describing the professional profile of a High-tech Leader in terms of units of learning outcomes based on European criteria (ECVET and EQF). The competence map will be developed based on a clear definition of the high-tech leader profile and a comparison of the essential activities to be carried out by high-tech leaders in partner nations.

IO2: eLead pedagogic handbook

The eLead Pedagogic Handbook will be geared toward VET professionals and will include resources (such as training modules, methodologies, and tools) to aid in the implementation of a high-tech leadership training program.

IO3: eLead MOOC

The new High Tech Leader qualification requires an online training course. The new curriculum will be developed as a MOOC that will be given via an interactive platform. The contents can be used in both online and mixed learning settings.

All the above materials can be found and downloaded through the project’s official website in all partners’ languages.

Wrapping up

Regarding the transnational meetings foreseen, unfortunately, the unprecedented and continuous pandemic situation did not allow partners to meet again after their first encounter in November of 2019, in Italy.

However, even if their collaboration was via online tools for the most part of the project, that did not stand in the way of successful cooperation and the production of high-level deliverables, as was the feedback received from the target audience that tested the produced materials.

Hopefully, we will see more successful actions in the near future, especially under the topic of high tech leadership, due to the prevalence of the digital era.
