Institute of Entrepreneurship Development supports and contributes to the promotion of women entrepreneurship and gender equality, developing a guidebook for teachers to enhance and expand their knowledge.

The “GEEA – Gender Equality and Entrepreneurship for All” program aims to increase knowledge on equal opportunities, especially in the field of Vocational Education and Training, and to promote entrepreneurship education as a solution for the gender gap based on employment rates. So IED has created a learning guide for teachers to develop their knowledge. This guide aims to provide teachers with the necessary knowledge to incorporate into their own teaching models specific activities that will develop gender equality skills among students and entrepreneurship skills.

This guide is intended primarily for teacher educators, teachers and students. However, it may also be useful for people who are responsible for developing manuals, people responsible for setting up curricula, as well as those who are generally interested in this guide can be a source of inspiration. Finally, developing knowledge and improving skills in entrepreneurship, education and gender equality will be the results of this guide.
