Within the framework of the ERASMUS+ project “StartApp – Starting with Apprenticeship: Sustainable strategies for recruiting young people interested in in-company training”, Institute of Entrepreneurship Development in cooperation with the partners of the project designs the implementation of an orientation kit for the successful recruitment of trainees.
This practical guide includes a variety of tools that companies can apply in order to implement a successful trainee recruitment strategy. These tools cover all aspects of recruitment program, such as:
- Planning
- Acquisition
- Selection
- Closing the contract
- Integration
During the fifth transnational meeting that took place in Larissa, Greece on 23th of February 2016, project’s partners finalized the orientation kit and, at the same time, designed the multiplier events that will take place during the next months for the promotion of the project and its outputs.
