The 3rd transnational project meeting was successfully implemented on 5th -6th of November in Larissa of Greece. Representatives from IED – Greece, MEAG – Ireland, Recreate – Ireland, Kozminski University – Poland, Vytauto Didziojo Univerity – Lithuania and Dramblys –Spain, a total of 10 people, attended the meeting.
During the meeting, IED presented the first version of the e-learning platform for the Pop-up Shops.
“A Pop-up shop is a temporary retail event that is limited in its timespan and can pop-up anywhere. A pop-up shop is NOT limited to just retail but can and does include exhibitions, restaurants, advertisements etc. A pop-up can take place anywhere – high streets, rural villages, and markets. “
The training course is composed of the following sections:
- Introduction to Pop-up Shops
- Planning and Organizing
- Management and Marketing
- Evaluation
- Personal Development
This specific training material was developed based on the national surveys results after interviewing experienced and nonexperienced people in the pop-up concept from Greece, Ireland, Lithuania, Spain, and Poland. Moreover, this training program has been developed to provide a unique and innovative entrepreneurial training product to help those in the creative/artistic sector to make the transition from creativity to commercialization (to make a living from their work).
The available languages of the material will be:
- English,
- Greek,
- Lithuanian,
- Polish,
- Spanish
It is estimated that the English version will be disseminated in December and after that, to another language each month.
During the transnational meeting, Kozmiski Univerity presented the environment where the game on pop-up shops will be developed. Both outcomes, e-learning platform & game, will be uploaded in the Push website.
